Wolverhampton AW Code Breaker

I will be trying to Crack The Wolverhampton AW code in as few words as possible. The 8 race meeting features six handicaps.

❖ Jockeys ❖ The jockey with a 20% win rate here this season, Rossa Ryan 𝕏 is the one I'm going to mainly focus on re his six rides.

❖ Draw Bias ❖ Low draw is essential at Wolverhampton, pretty much every distance, one way or another.

❖ Bet Selection Considerations ❖

  • ❖ Give all Rossa Ryan horses an uber close up look on form.
  • ❖ Also beware anything that has been thrown into a race with a clear and obvious advantage.

7:30 Wolverhampton ❖ 7f C6 Hcp ❖ South Dakota Sioux 3/1 won over the C&D last time out and has been upped only a 1lb by the handicapper. I think he's well treated and has the addition of Mulrennan taking the ride instead of Finley Marsh. What's not to like?

8:30 Wolverhampton ❖ 8f C6 3yo Only Hcp ❖ Darn Hot Time 16/1 has drifted from an early 9/2 out to 16/1, which is arguably alarming. However ~ it's a handicap for 3yo only runners, so who actually knows who is going to do what?

After leaving the the Appleby stable, this is the first run for the Dr R Newland & J Insole yard. They've thrown him into a mile handicap, which is an increase in distance. I think it could very well suit. It seems the punters and the bookies disagree. That's fine by me. I'll play to small stakes, win only.
