Lingfield this afternoon is an 9 race card. The 7 handicaps will be my main focus. I will attempt to crack the Lingfield All Weather code in as few words as possible.

❖ Trainers ❖ No particular trainer catches my eye for today's meeting.

❖ Draw Bias ❖ No draw bias at Lingfield worthy of note. You want decent jockeys at Lingfield, not an inside or outside draw etc.

2:22 Lingfield ❖ 1m 4f C5 Fillies Hcp ❖ 3yo Saliko (6/5f) will go close under Murphy, but at around the even money mark, is not worth the investment, so I'll watch. 10yo As Fast As Wind at 8/1 is arguably the bet to take on the 3yo if you must play.

3:22 Lingfield ❖ 1m C6 3yo Hcp ❖ Harryella (EVENS fav) won well last time up and has an 8lb rise to contend with. He looks able to overcome it, but at even money is not worth the risk.

4:58 Lingfield ❖ 6f C6 Hcp ❖ Pheonix Moon (5/2f) found one too good over the C&D with Murphy aboard. He had the run of hte race that day and may well get done again. No play for me.
