Lingfield AW Code Breaker

Today's first AW meeting comes from Lingfield. A seven race card ~ the first is an apprentice hcp, the rest are all C2 AW Trial handicaps. Picking a winner might not be so easy today. The more competetive the racing gets, the harder the races are to fathom on the AW, in my opinion. Win today, you're in the race on AW Champs final day.

That said, I will attempt to Crack The Lingfield All Weather code in as few words as possible just the same.

❖ Jockeys ❖ The jockey I am concentrating on today is Jason Hart 𝕏 ~ he has a great win percentage here over the last two years of 50%. Riders like Rossa Ryan and Ed Greatrex also have plenty good enough strike rates here to warrant an extra look, but I'll stick with Jason.

❖ Trainers ❖ No particular trainer catches my eye for today's afternoon meeting.

❖ Draw Bias ❖ No draw bias at Lingfield worthy of note. You want decent jockeys at Lingfield, not an inside or outside draw etc.

❖ Bet Selection Considerations ❖

  • ❖ Check out all of the Jason Hart formlines very closely.
  • ❖ Also beware anything that has been thrown into a race with a clear and obvious advantage.

2:42 Lingfield ❖ 7f C2 Hcp ❖ Bridget's View (17/2) flew home two back and last time ran too badly to be taken as a serious run formwise. I'll take my chances she's rated 10lb above the field for a reason and I'll be betting it's still not enough, at the price on offer, which I think is more than acceptable.
