live racing commentariesIt's gone a bit mad lately on the All Weather circuit. It seems like every time I look at the card, there are more handicaps available to bet on than I would have figured.

Anyway, of the 7 race Kempton card tomorrow(tues nov 2), 6 are handicaps, of which I'll be having a punt in 5. Hopefully I can find the one big priced winner to send me home from the bookies happy.

2:20 Kempton (AW Polytrack)
10/1 Quasi Congaree. (Unplaced 12/1) chased leaders, ridden inside final furlong, kept on same pace, 5th.

2:50 Kempton (AW Polytrack)
16/1 Nomoreblondes. (Unplaced 12/1) chased leaders, ridden over 1f out, kept on same pace final furlong, no impression, 6th.

3:20 Kempton (AW Polytrack)
16/1 Megalala. (Unplaced 9/1) never better than mid-division, 6th.

3:50 Kempton (AW Polytrack)
12/1 Sohcahtoa. (Unplaced 8/1 from 14,s) led, headed 2f out, soon ridden, lost place over 1f out, weakened inside final furlong, 5th.

4:20 Kempton (AW Polytrack)
20/1 Ebraam. (3rd 25/1) tracked leader, ridden and effort over 1f out, kept on under pressure final furlong, 3rd.

Minimum Odds: 3/1

Femme De Fer has found it difficult to settle in her last 2 races over sprint distances. Given her breeding suggests preference for middle distances, I think she’ll again find today’s distance too sharp and is opposable with Irish Raider who is unexposed and ran a good race last time out and Punching however I have my doubts about his ability over this distance so I may leave him out of the equation before the off

With a number of last time out winners a competitive race for the grade. Malapropism runs from out of the handicap therefore is not a betting preposition. Lithaam should be undone by the penalty for the last time out win. Which leaves Bookiesindex Boy and Silver Prelude who are both on winning handicap marks.
