Race Overview: Whitbarrow was good value for his win at Southwell last week but the switch to the Polytrack and a 7lb penalty may prevent him from following up and preference is for Kahlua Bear, with Garlogs rated the pick of the remainder. The selection has held his form well of late, should appreciate the drop back to six furlongs today and gets the verdict from an acceptable draw. Borzoi Maestro has more to do than when landing a seller last time, while Midmaar may just be a shade high in the weights and may have to settle for minor honours. Beneking is capable but may be better over further and of more interest may be Garlogs, who has been running consistently well but has his form all over five furlongs.
