Race Overview: This should not take a great deal of winning and, in a moderate contest, Very Well Red looks to have been found a suitable opportunity to open her account and the unexposed filly gets the vote to do so at the main expense of Salvestro and Bold Phoenix. The last mentioned is capable of taking a hand here and, being trained by Barney Curley, should be noted if the market speaks in his favour. Dual course winner Bobering may be better over slightly further, while Danettie has struggled against the handicapper since winning here in February. Cape of Storms has given little sign of encouragement of late and of more interest may be Salvestro, who has slipped to a fair mark and is entitled to come on for his recent reappearance. Very Well Red is easily the least exposed of these though and is taken to open her account.
