Race Overview: Colwyn Bay, Tip Toes and Red River Rock look the three to concentrate on in this staying handicap and the nomination is given to Colwyn Bay. The selection was a fair second behind Trysting Grove after a long absence last time out. The step-up in trip looks sure to suit and in the hope that he does not bounce he is taken to score. Tip Toes rates the main danger on his latest second behind Rocknest Island but one win in 36 attempts sums him up. Red River Rock is another that could go well on his best form but he has yet to conclusively prove he stays this far. Royal Axminster goes well here and if given an easy lead he will be a danger to all so he has to enter calculations. Of the rest, Cragganmore Creek is from a yard in form and could go well at a price but for the winner we return to Colwyn Bay.
