Richard Hannon's Wendy's Boy first race in a handicap. Always an unknown betting first time handicappers, but I was slightly impressed with the speed Wendy's Boy showed over 5 furlongs at Lingfield last time. Royal Dagger and Wendy's Boy raced at breakneck speed for 4 furlongs, but those tactics just set the race up for Dualagi. The preceding race Wendy's Boy led for 5 furlongs over the 6 at the Wolverhampton Polytrack. A more enterprising ride by Dane O'Niell first time up in a handicap may just be good enough to see Wendy's Boy spring a surprise at likely odds of around 16/1.
