Mongan Unhappy With Lingfield Kickback

Jockey Ian Mongan says the kickback at Lingfield has reached dangerous levels for the horses and trainers should consider not running thier horses there this winter.

Clerk of the course Neil Mackenzie Ross says it might be better in the winter, but they'll see what they can do.

Arena Leisure who own Lingfield, say the surface may be replaced at the end of next year, but they'll see what they can do.

♠ Sandracer comment: It'll take a horse to lose an eye before they listen to a jockey, but by then it'll be too late.
