7.20
Shortlist: Highly Regal, Hawaana, Gazboolou, Hucking Hero
The overall pace in the race is low and no one horse is slated to dominate. I anticipate a falsely run affair
Highly Regal is on a four timer. It’s rare for a horse to achieve this feat at this grade and he needs to improve again.
Hawaana is well drawn however current trainer form at this venue causes me to look elsewhere.
Hucking Hero seems better suited to the idiosyncratic undulations of Lingfield. In a slow paced race, he is well drawn and his prominent running style may catch others on the back foot.
Gazboolou who needs to overcome a 161 day absence but the best time to get him is first time out.
Gazboolou and Hucking Hero @ 4/1 or better

I give Millfield a squeak Slipper. Has a good C&D win under it's belt for an outsider.
