46 year old jockey Philip Robinson made a winning return from a 6 month spell on the sidelines due to a hip operation in the 4.20 at Nottingham (17 Apr, 2007).

Robinson rode the Michael Jarvis trained Evens favourite Hannicean, who ran on well in the last 100 yards to beat the Michael Hills ridden Inchlaggan(12/1) by 3/4's of a length, after looking beaten when squeezed for room 2 furlongs out. Richard Hills came in 3rd on the 5/1 shot Maslak.

Jamie Spencer Banned
Jamie Spencer picked up a 1 day ban(April 28) after his win on Kay Gee Bee(7/2 Fav) in the 3.50 at Nottingham. Spencer was judged to have ridden carelessly. Copper King(33/1) and Spirit Of The Mist(17/2) came in second and third respectively.
