He will handle any rain that comes before the race and this 250,000 guineas son of Indian Ridge can pay back some more of that hefty fee. Ascalon is unexposed and the booking of Mick Kinane takes the eye, whilst Glen Nevis and Rallying Cry represent Godolphin. The latter looks the pick on jockey bookings but that can often mislead. Champery looks a very progressive three-year-old and must be high on anyone's shortlist but it will need a tremendous effort to give weight to the whole field.
