You can watch the England V Ukraine (english version) qualifier for free at bet365 if you have an account, or indeed open one.

I think it's a liberty that England fans can't watch thier team on terrestrial television, let alone on Sky or whatever. Now I gather, we can't watch the match unless we pay 12 quid to watch it online.
