Race Overview: A poor contest in which Zarzu is taken to bounce back to form and can win at the main expense of Best Lead and Soba Jones. Eddie Ahern returns to the saddle after riding the horse to a decent third on his penultimate run at Lingfield. He was a beaten favourite that day which must be disconcerting, however this looks a weak contest and he can go well. Best Lead has won over course and distance and having been in decent form of late can go well again, along with Just Spike who can come on for his recent debut. Winhill House comes here chasing the hat-trick and has claims of achieving that feat, whilst Soba Jones has a fine record at the track and cannot be underestimated. A trappy race, in which Zarzu gets the tentative nomination.
